All you need is your breath and a willingness to listen to your body.
This is yoga that meets you where you are: intentional, slow, and rooted in self-trust.
Whether you’ve been told you’re “not a yoga person” or you’re simply craving space to stretch, rest, and return to yourself, this is for you.
What’s Included:
- 45-60 minute in-person group classes 
- Slow flow sequences with gentle, accessible postures 
- Emphasis on somatic healing and body autonomy 
- Guided intention setting at the beginning of each class 
- Offered for groups of 4 or more

Classes are also held each Thursday at 9:30am at Yoga Union and monthly in Baltimore.
